I understand the look you're going for... gotta set up your bike the way you like...
But the thought of reducing any rear lighting on my bikes, with the distracted drivers all over the roadways today, makes me cringe.. I went the other way and replaced my "huge tail/brake lights" with BAL-1 LED lights to make them stand out more...

This. I can only install so many lights on my Heritage but I have more lights on the back than most. Im a huge believer in being seen while riding a motorcycle. Too many idiots on the road nowadays.
