Default Tail light

Hope this is right spot I'm using mobile app. 99 roadking brake lights work turn signal works head light on no back tail light any help would be appreciated I'm assuming it's just the main bulb should all three rear lights be on with headlight or just tail light. I know dumb question and manual doesn't say

The main tail light should be on and then turn bright with the brake. The turn signals are typically just that unless a running light/brake light module has been added. At least that's the way my bike was and is set up.

Hope that helps!
