Rob, I do plan on getting some new pics tomorrow (sat.) since I do need a new pic for my sig with the new bars. As far as if other people can see the lights, yes, and in fact most people I ride with say they can see them better than in the stock location. And at night I think they really stand out, seem like they light up the ground around the bike alot which makes them more visible. The black housings were on the bike when I got it, the dealer had put it together as a HD acc. parts bike. I believe they just painted the stock housings when they painted the headlight. The mounting is very simple actually, if you look at the bottom of your frame you will see holes on both sides, thats where they are located, and mine do have a space on there, but I have seen one other bike that has the lights there and they just bolted them right to that piece on the frame.

Yeah...after I posted that, I noticed the holes....I think I might do this...at least until I get my new triple trees witht he integrated blinkers.

No...the bike has to have some contrast to it...I'll leave a bit of chrome in it.

Those triple trees look like the hot set up.I've got a couple of their parts on my bike and a couple on my Hummer.They are all top quality.I don't think you'll be disappointed.
