I read somewhere that you can put a 160/60/18 on the rear of a deluxe...I think stock is 140/85/16??? If so, is the 160/60/18 that much bigger in width. I could not find a chart online, so hopefully someone knows...
I think your going to need to do a little more research. According to the Dunlop tire web site the rear tire size on your bike 'should' be a MU85B16.
Now the Metzler catalog I have suggests that an ideal tire size would be their ME880 Marathon 140/90 B-16. They also list the same model tire insizes of 150/80 B-16, & 160/80 B-16. Now I can't say thateither of them will fit properly. But if you can find a local Metzeler dealer you can get hold of one of the V-Twin upgrade guidesI have and it will tell you exactly how to measure your bike to seewhat size tire you can fit in there without the need for any 'special' fitting.
Good Luck looking.
