TxOutlaw....Awsome Nightrain, exactly the look I'm going for. Three deg. looks great, 5 deg might be ok too, but I don't want to comprimise the way the bike handles now. Am I basicly right in thinking the extra 3 degrees with approx. a 1" lowering kit in the rear (with stock fork tubes) should set me about level?
Thanks again for all the input.
Tx_Outlaw,
Thanks for the info. Thats exactly what I needed to know. Cant wait to see what you have in store. Dont forget the pics.
Im going to look into the triple trees for my next mod.
Spdball - I'm not sure it would sit. Seems like you're corect in your thinking. I installed the rear air suspension before doing the raked trees, so I honestly do not know about the 1" drop. If you can tell me where your bike sits at the rear now at a certain point, I could set mine at 1" lower and take some pics for you. That's about the best I can offer. BTW: thanks for the props!
Ttlpakg - your bike is awesome as it is. A little rake added in would stretch it out a bit. I think that'd look sweet! Good luck.......
