Looking at HD's stage2 kit part#29850-04A, I know some of you guys have had this done, how much did HD smack on top of the kit cost for installation. The kit is $809.00. And please no, "dude just do it yourself" becuase im not.
Thanks
You're carb'd, right? Call a dealer and confirm this but I think it'll run $800-1000 for labor from HD. Can't speak for Indy's rates - they are all over the place.
I am looking into the same thing... agree, shop around the indys and youll get a way better deal. also youll get valuable experience/opinions..
After talking to a few, I think ill go with a GMR 98" kit and I assume you know youll have to get cams too... Id plan on all said and done a solid 2000.
Cool thanks guiys thats what I was figuring, will talk to my local indy this week. Guy does good work but is pretty busy right now. I dont want to loose my ride for a month, so I may wait until winter. Got to many trips planned.

Dealer work in slower during the winter months and many offer "Winter Specials". I had a 95 done with Andrew 26g cams and a SERT for about $1600.
