Default Question on Pipes

I just bought a 2007 Heritage Softail Deluxe..brandy new in the white/cobalt. My question is this. I wanted loud...but not super loud pipes on it. I forget the name of the pipes...sorry, but they are Item Number 1800-0437, Exhaust, 2-2 Stag 07. Without knowing the name, I hope you can answer. Are these going to be loud enough and are they good pipes? I know they have a black ring around the end. Sorry...I am sort of new to the biking world. Thanks in advance!!

YOU ARE LOOKING AT BUB RINHARTS. THE BLACK
RING ON THE END SAYS RINEHART ON IT. YOU CAN
CONTROL THE LOUDNESS BY DIFFERENT SIZE BAFFLES

I'm liking the sound of my Bassanni Road Rages more by the day... 1200 miles on em now, the sound is loud when you want it, faiirly mellow when you dont..

What are the different types of stages and what do they mean? Does stage 1 have certain loudness compare to stage 7?
