07 engine heat

My 07 deluxe gets very hot at stop lights, the dealer told me about a download Harley does on the Police bikes that stops the heat coming from the rear cylinder. Has anyone done this?

Well I asked the dealer about that download you are talking about,and they said that is if you had a ultra ,and it is used for like a bike was in parades s#i+ like that!!!!!!
