Default Help with windshield spacers

I have a windshield for my ‘13 fatboy Lo, but I don’t have the kit (57184-05) to attach the thing. I can’t find one online, and don’t feel like paying Harley $75 for a few bolts and spacers. Could someone who has a windshield measure the upper and lower spacers and tell me the size? I’m planning on just buying or making some and don’t want to just eyeball it. Thanks!

I actually have the whole kit, I have a fatboy lo 2012 and bought the kit with the intention of buying a used windshield, but ended up just getting a brand new one. My stealership wouldn’t credit it back even though I never picked up / used the parts... DM me if you want it

edit: it’s not the 75$ kit, I actually ordered each part individually from the existing windshield parts list which came out to less than half? The kit price and is basically same thing

@ChoppingTacos

If you still have the kit, I would be interested in taking it off of your hands...

I ordered a Klock Werks shield and didn't understand that there are two different styles of brackets. The shield on my Fatboy is the H style bracket, and the shield I ordered uses the U style bracket. So I jumped on eBay and found the one and only U bracket listed and bought it. Problem solved, right?

Wrong! I tried to attach the shield to the existing mounting points on the forks and they don't match up because the H style brackets do not use the spacers. This is so frustrating! There is absolutely no reason that the multitude of shields available on the market do not use the same attachment points.

So, I have been searching for part number 57184-05. Three stealerships in Texas have the kit and want full price. There are only a couple of shops online that have the kit available. This part number is very illusive. The hoops and hurdles are mind boggling!

So... If you have this available, I'm interested...

@ChoppingTacos do you still have the hardware?

@Sooner7926 were you able to find the spacer sizes?

Thanks in advance!
