I am in the process of installing Hard bags on my 01 Heritage Classic FLSTC. I have the bags ready to install, I have the conversion mounts installed on the bags and now I'm down to my last roadblock. I know how to resolve it I'm just looking for advice on the parts. I need to relocate my passenger floorboards and rear turn signals. Where is the cheapest place to get the stuff to get the parts to finish my conversion? Thanks in advance.

 

Perhaps the 2001 Heritage is different than my 2009, but I didn't have to relocate either the floor boards or turn signals.

 

Yeah unfortunately mine will both have to be relocated...Where did you get those leather studded lid covers though those are awesome.

 

Mustang has the studded lid covers as well saddleman & a few others, Ive gone back & forth over this mod for my 15 & im still not sure? I would do what Raven did but I am still hoping to find a custom leather shop to take my stock Heritage bags & have them open like hard bags (Glove box design) i saw this mod along time ago & just cant find who does it.
