Default Right side blinkers

I have a 02 Night Train and the right turn wasn't working. I replaced both front and rear bulbs. Front bulb illuminates. I push right turn signal on and nothing happens, except for quick blinking arrow. What do I do next? Any help?

Welcome to the forum from central Texas.

First, when you start a thread, there is an "Edit" button at the bottom right for a period of time. You can edit your thread without starting a new one to correct spelling (Yrain to Train).

Now, did you replace the turn signal bulbs with the correct bulbs? The front turn signal is a running light and turn signal. It takes an 1157 (dual filament) bulb. The rear turn signal is only a turn signal and takes an 1156 (single filament) bulb.

Are you contradicting yourself? First you state the "front bulb illuminates" then you say "push right turn signal on and nothing happens". Are you saying the front bulb illuminates without hitting the turn signal button? If it illuminates when you push the button but doesn't blink then it does something. You need to be very specific so we can help you. We aren't there looking over your shoulder. The quick blinking arrow means the bike thinks there is a bad bulb.

Once you rule out the bulbs, then you head to the wiring and bulb sockets. But, rule out the bulbs as the problem first.

You should start out with a electrical tester. You’re only wasting time trying bulbs out if you know you already have a problem.Test bulbs off the bike if you can’t see an obvious blown bulb. No voltage in socket check continuity next with ohm meter. Get a wiring diagram for wiring color codes so you don’t waste time trying individual wires. Harley wiring is pretty defined if you have a diagram. You can waste hours hunting electric gremlins If you don’t have a plan or the tools. You can usually run down your problem pretty quick if you look for it prepared.

Bone Doc gave you a pretty comprehensive start. I'd add in a check on the fuses if you go through his list and still have an issue.
