OK NEED INeed HELP HERE Again ok I have a twin cam enging here on the self I got in a tade deal need to know what I have. I have searched the web looking for then info and can't find what I have the numbers don't match what the id page's say . here is my eng. number GEVY313815 what do I have ??? was told that the local HD dealer built it with all new Keith Black parts ??

Rare that the example is exactly what you have. So TC88 carb engine is indicated by the abbreviated VIN.

FWIW....

No that you know the engine you have, started its life as a 2000 88" Twin Cam with a carb from an FX model.....

As far as the "rebuilt with all new Keith Black parts" is concerned..... If you're trying to sell it, and you don't have receipts for the build, IMHO, it didn't happen...

For the purposes of making an offer, when bike shopping, I always considered any bike claiming anything that could not be confirmed as just a stock bike...
