Well, did the trade this past weekend.
Bike is in incredible condition. After detailing it I only found one very small paint chip. I'll be ordering some touch up paint for that.
The exhaust sounds amazing and the look of it is growing on me.
I must say I like the bike more than I thought I would. Very comfortable riding position.
I've already found a few things I need to change, starting with the grips and pegs. Can't stand the ones on it. They are practically new but are butt ugly to me.
Also going to upgrade to LED lights all around.
But first it will need a new front tire.
Nice bike! I agree about the pipe tho. If those are the older SE slip ons that came with, they'll look good, sound good and perform good.
Enjoy! And welcome to the club of the best bike Harley ever made imo.
Nice bike
not sure how rural you are in WV but I might miss that Africa Twin for the occasional fire road !
I'm actually in very rural WV but the fire roads are closed to motorized traffic. So that leaves dirt roads and a few reclaimed surface mines.
I loved the Africa Twin but found that I wasn't looking forward to riding it like I do my Harley.
The tall seat height was the biggest turn off. I had to stand with only the ball of my left foot on the ground when stopped in traffic. That can a little disconcerting.
Can't see why ADV bike manufacturers think all their riders are over 6 foot tall.

LOL on the 6' yup! I love my heritage- I remember one Sunday I was riding all comfy and leisurely thinking, "So THIS is what cruisin' is!" Enjoy
