Default 200mm swap

Hi guys first time forum post here I've tried doing quite a bit of research on doing a 200mm rear tire on my 2000 fxstb night train. I am sure I will need to cut off the fender horns and swap seats and wider fender the swing arm is a bit narrow for a 200 tire along with the belt. I would like to stay stock parts will the 2000 deuce swingarm, belt and pulley interchangeable on my fxstb and is there any other things I need to do to complete the 200mm swap besides the tire and wheel

you will need the narrower belt and pulley from an 07 night train, yes you will need to cut frame horns ,a great seat and fender are the Roland Sands 200mm Tracker Fender and seat, i have purchased them for my bike. a guy just installed one on his bike https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softa...projekt-6.html

I will more than likely spend the cash on the heartland kit but as for the swingarm belt and pulley goes can I do stock harley parts like from the deuce I know that swingarm can handle a 200 mm rear tire I'm not afraid about cutting the horns off more worried if the stock deuce parts will fit before cutting

you can run a 180 with stock deuce swing arm and pulley but you need the narrower belt and pulley from an 07 night train to go out to 200mm, i know as i run a 180 on my DEUCE and i could see how close
the pulley was to tire with this set up, i have already put the narrower belt and pulley on my bike in preparation for my 200 tire and Roland sands tracker fender, you may also need a pulley spacer from Drag Specialties.
I run a 18 x 5.5 rear wheel

Have been told but not verified the Deuce swingarm and frame is wider than the other ST's?
Harley made a wide-tire swingarm kit and the Deuce did not need it to fit a 200.

Another option on the pulley; there were spacers available to run a narrower belt so you wouldn't need a new pulley.
Might help if you found wheels with matching pulley that is wider.

Look at what you are getting with the Heartland kit.

Don't like MOST of the "RSD" stuff everybody drools over myself.
But their struts and fender prices would leave you enough cash for some Hog Pro wheels (complete)?
http://hogpro.com/hogpro-wheels/hogp...vid-black.html

Compare these to PM etc.

Wanted some 5-spoke swept wheels when I did my Deuce. Paid about 2600 for some that looked the same as "PM Monaco's"
Included matching pulley/rotors.

They were the ones that knew about the newest "narrow" belt when they came out (06')?
Night Train's had them first (I think)?

I actually like the lines on the RSD strut much better than the curved line of Heartland. (and Fvck the price)

There is another company making strut/fender combos (like Thunderbike etc.) for way better pricing?
Maybe a better look but depends of course what YOU LIKE.

That kit 'might' be an alternative to the pricier Euro stuff?
Not your model and you need to know frame width to see if it would work?

Good luck

Can't find that spacer to run a narrow belt on a wider pulley. Was JPcycles and maybe Hogpro would know?
Converting to chain drive seems like a better way to go if you need rear pulley?

The issue there is finding a sprocket to match wheels if that is important.
Hell just convert it to a "sprotor" (rotor/sprocket) combo or any other brake on the drive side.

Since it is your money; just get a single-sided swingarm kit :-) 'talk about stupid high pricing'

So if I stopped at 180 I can use the belt I have with a deuce swingarm and pulley
