Hi, and thanks for any help. New to me 2008 Heritage. Found this plug near the exhaust in the lower area of the bike on the right hand side if facing forward. Is this the diagnostic port? Have researched but have not seen any diagnostic port that looks like this yet. FYI - it had a cover and I removed for the photo - thanks for any help !
Bikes for certain export markets have an electrical actuator ( p/n 70991-07 for an `08 Heritage) ) for variable exhaust levels.
It is possible that the control wire is included in the harness for other markets.
My "guess" and I`m sticking to it !
