Default Backfire Question

So, the last two cold starts ....
Hit the button and KA POW !!!
Like a rifle!! It’s never done
that before.
Runs fine. Other than that.
I’m sure the neighbors love it
(Which pleases me . . . No end)
03 Heritage Fuel Infected.

Has the crank time changed? If not, perhaps a leaky injector.

No. It still lights right off and runs fine.
I should try it at night time and see which
cyl blows a blue flame out.

I did have the ign sw fail on my 00 Heritage.
It gave me (some) warning. Slight miss-fire. Then intermittent
no power. Then on-off a few times. It got me home, but dead as
a doornail after that.

Thanks for the input
