I'm considering one for the longer rides on the interstates.
But it needs to be relatively easy to remove, yet solid enough to handle interstate speeds that may exceed 90mph at times

Didn't buy 'docking kit' as I have 1.5" Carlini bars so I made/modified some brackets. (used "P" clamps)
Played around with the angle and it did it's job well (late fall/early spring in Michigan)
Never used it in Colorado as it gets warm enough to ride once a month or so all year.
