Default Driving me mad!

Hi all. This is going to sound like the dumbest question probably, but any ideas how I get the lens off the rear taillight/break/indicator of a 2014 Breakout?! I've got the front lenses off dead easily with a flat head screwdriver in the little slot in the lens. However, I've checked and checked and there's no similar slot on the rear ones. I don't want to jam. screwdriver in just in case they're not supposed to come off, but seems a bit mad to me as how on earth can you change a bulb if one goes?? Any help gratefully received.

Thanks

Are these stock lenses?

2:26 show just prying off the stock lenses.

Hi - thanks for coming back. I'm pretty certain mine are standard stock, but don't seem to have the slot where you can put the nickel/screwdriver to pop off the lens cap. They're combined brake/indiacator/tail light if that makes any difference?

A lot of times people will install them so the slot is hidden, either towards the fender or at the bottom. Either way you should be able to take a small flat screwdriver or a pick and pop the lens off.

Just to follow up on all this, it appears mine are sealed units (a norm for the EU/UK models) unfortunately.

I apologize, I didn't realize you were in England. So does this mean you just have to replace the whole assembly?

Yes looks like it. This all started when I wanted to change to smoked lenses. The fronts are fine and I’ve quickly changed those but the rears are solid units, so it’s either a spray job or leave as is it try and find a smoke unit. All good fun eh! :-)
