Are those V&H pipes on your scoot and if so, how do you like them. Also you have a awesome paint job.
Thanks for the compliment, yes they are V/H Longshots.I like them. They have discolored some, where the headpipe and tailpipe meet.Probably from running a canned map for too long. You can see it in this picture
V&H BSL is what I just received and next week we will get all the new upgrades done plus the dyno. I want to be able to ride it for a week before I go on my 12 day, 6 state ride. Don't want to have any problems on the road.
I paid right at $400 .I'm in the So Cal area like you.
$160 at My Garage, 1559 Palma Dr., Ventura, CA (805) 339-9448. Ask for Clark -- he does the scheduling. They run the Dyno on Saturdays only, due to noise issues with the neighboring businesses. The place has a loyal local following. Good mechanics, good guys.

You might want to check in the thunder press in your area. I did use a tuner I found in their. I wanted to have a run done to make sure my download was within the safe zone with the different baffles. It ran me 50.00. Full tune with a sert would have been around 400. Have fun on the trip and keep it safe.
