I've had the Battery Tender brand (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CITKCE/) for many moons. I have two, in fact, one for my bike and one for the wife's. They work great, they're small.
I have 7 Deltran Battery Tenders plugged in all the time. They work very well. I've had i think 3 of them fail over maybe 10 or 15 years. The great thing is if it's not under warrenty any longer they will still replace it for $20.
I have one like pictured above. 10 years and still going strong. I keep waiting for it to go belly up so I have an excuse to maybe get a better one....
