I have the 07 Patriot Fatboy and the left tank badge is starting to come off, it is put on with some kind of foam tape stuff. Anyone have any ideas of fixing it without ruining my paint?

 

Use a heat gun on low to remove it. Then clean off the glue residue for the tank. Clean off the adhesive from the badge. Goo Gone works good for this and won't harm your paint. Stop by a body shop and ask them to sell you a piece of 3M emblem tape. Trim it to fit and put the badge back on.
