Passing lamp replacement

Amazing! I have about 15K on my 2005 Deluxe. I ride with my passing lamps on all the time. Last week one lamp burn out, and on the 2005 models they were seal beams. So I go to the dealer to get a replacement. Sorry, they only come in pairs, for $66.00 CAD. So I order the pair. The very next day the other light burns out. WOW So to say the least I cancelled the order for seal beam stock spot lights & ordered a pair of spots with replaceable bulbs, $85.00CAD. The next time one burns out I can just replace the H3 halogen bulb. The new lights have a much nicer appearance anyway.

That's exactly what I did a few years ago. I think I have had to replace the H3s once. They are a lot brighter too.

Now the spots on my 05 Springer Classic have the replaceable bulbs

Since I installed the passing lamps, I rarely use my high beam. I see better with the lows/passing lamps on than the high beams. It's costly, but worth it.
