Hey everyone, I picked up this 2001 fatboy that had been sitting for 12 years, bike was stored well and not left with fuel in the tanks. I have put fresh gas in and checked everything over good fresh plugs properly gapped, I can not get it to start though. Spraying some starter fluid in the air intake she pops right off but won’t start on own, I pulled the plugs and while they were wet with fuel (this was before any starting fluid was used) but not as wet as I expected. I have done some research and believe I have a bad fuel pump or pressure regulator and would like someone with some knowledge/ experience in this to give me some input on if I’m correct. I do not hear the fuel pump at all when switch is in run position and ignition is on, talked to few that say I should hear it.
