Ok so break my bike down to paint frame and everything and to change cracked inner primary.
pulled primary and found the lip on crankcase that holds the rubber ring for inner primary there is about a 6 inch long broke piece of the lip.
I'm going back with a gasket and not the rubber oring is that piece going to affect anything?? I'm not thinking so but wanted others opinion. I really don't wanna spend to put engine in it this year. Pics are attached and thank you all.

Did that piece out give you trouble before finding it?
no the inner primary housing had a hairline crack in it and the gasket was leaking. But where the crack was and where it was leaking was towards front of engine not where this piece is missing of engine
