Default Do you like your heritage?

After a couple hundred thousand miles and 34 years of riding. It looks like next week I may finally be getting the bike I always wanted a Heritage softail.
I have had three road kings, Electra glide, Dynas, 2sporty’s, Indian chieftain in about 20 other bikes but for some reason I’ve never had a Heritage and it’s the one by I’ve always wanted.
i’m still going to have my Indian chieftain for trips but I’m looking at buying a 2012 heritage as my daily ride. I’m chomping at the bit waiting.
so tell me about yours do you like your heritage would you buy it again? Post a picture for me to see what you got.
help me pass the time while I wait until next week.

Absolutely love mine, bought new March 2005.
The bags sold me along with the nostalgic front fender.

We've gone 50,000 mostly trouble free miles together.

Thoroughly enjoyed my '07 Heritage for many years, culminating with a ride from NC to the west coast and back a couple years ago. Two lane roads and Motel 6 all day long. 23 days and 8K miles. Time of my life. Sold her and bought a '14 Valk and '17 Multistrada just for new experiences. Enjoy both but they cannot replace the best one up multi purpose bike to ever roll off an assemble line. Found a '20 Heritage in a salvage lot and rescued her. I am happy again.

I miss my 06 Black Pearl, she was so nice going to town, She was so comfortable and easy to handle.
But the buffering at 80 mph on the hwy was not so comfortable.
I ride a 13 EG Ultra now , and take off the Tour pack when not using her for road trips.

I have a 2014 which I'm very fond of. I also have had (and still have) a bunch of HD's, but this softail is still a keeper.

I've had my 08 for three years and no regrets whatsoever!

I've just had mine for a month and did the 1K mile service last weekend. She handles and rides like a dream.

The wife and I are very happy with it.

Like the Heritage................I love the model, funny I read above a poster calling his "Black pearl" I actually have the fender badges now on mine that say that. you`ll love the bike & no doubt you will make it your own! My son in law & i just did a trip about a month ago down to Kentucky - rode the Woodbooger, awesome area! we put around 1100 miles on, were getting ready for another run out east in PA & NY area, we do a couple trips a year & this model serves me well.

SOoooo Congrats!
