New to me 05' FLSTSC/I
I've been a member here for some time (I have an 03' XLH 883 Hugger) but recently bought an 05' Springer Classic. Beautiful bike and rides nice. I am the fourth owner (22K miles on the odo) and the PO was told that the bike had been lowered. Not much that can be lowered on a springer front end so I looked at the back. Nothing that I could see but I thought some one more familiar with Soft Tails might be able to tell me what to look for.....any ideas folks?

The made a number of adjustable shock kits for softails, check the air gap at fender i think you will have a little light at top with a stock bike.

It has bags installed so kind of hard to see but there is "no" daylight between the tire and fender.....it has Marathon 888 WW's on it. I do believe it has been lowered. At least the rear has.

After looking at many photos of stock Springer Classics and taking a 730 mile ride this weekend I have come to the conclusion that the suspension on mine is "stock". It was quite comfy and handled SD's country two lanes with no problem. I'm really liking this bike. Never have I sat on a better OEM seat.
