Took mine off after seeing a video of a guy who had his engine guard hit the ground while going through a turn...took him and the bike down.

I just shot mine with some flat black and was about to put it back on when I remembered the reasson I took it off is for lane splitting. I am thinking about selling it. Fits 2000 and up Fatboys and prolly Heritages. It is a Lindby Linbar.

I can't do it, just doesn't seem right to me. If it is going to fall i'll just throw a body part under it to absorb the impact.[:@]
