Default Engine Build Photos

Doc down in the Orlando area is currently doing an engine build on my '07 FLSTSC (Doc1). He is punching out the 96" to 103", replacing the cams, having the heads ported and the geomoetry set up, and having the pistons cut. When it is finished, the estimate is 105-110 hp and up to 115 ft./lbs of torque. He just emailed me 41 photos of the initial stages of the build, through cam replacement and boxing up cylinders, pistons and heads to ship off for machining. If anyone is interested, you can see them on Photobucket at:

looks very cool, I am hoping to do a big bore kit with upgraded cams and possibly some head work in the future. Just want to get all the cosmetic stuff done first. Good luck with the build. What parts did you go with?

Looks like he is doing a class act. Good luck! Tell us how you like it when you get it back.

He is using TW 6-6 cams and changing bearings. The rest is machine work with the heads ported, oversize pistons being cut and the stock cylinders being bored out to reach 103". He is not going into the cases at all.
