Default Pulley

Hi all..Im looking for direction here as I have found in the past its somewhat a pain to do this.. Bolts and spacing on a Ultima wheel 16x3.5 part 37-350 and Ultima pulley part - 94-604 Im looking for the correct length bolts and spacer between the two.On my 1996 Fatboy...I also need to know if I can use my exising stock axle spacers..or need to get a new set..if new ...what part number? ..all you input will be appreciated..

Whenever you go aftermarket parts it's never going to be just a swap out. The bolts for the pulley and spacer going into the hub depends on how thick the pulley and spacer is but the bolt itself must go into the hub one and one quarter inch. As for the spacers you're going to have to mock everything up to take measurements and figure all that out to get your belt alignment.. The first thing to do is measure the two hubs to see if you can use the OEM spacers, if not you're going to have to center the wheel in the frame then take your measurements for the spacers... Once that is completed then you can go and figure out your spacer for the pulley to keep the belt off of the wheel as well as bolt length. Make sure you use red loctite on the bolts and torque them to 60 ft lb..
