Default headlight vibration?

Looking for any ideas to reduce or eliminate the vibrating of my headlight on my 07 Night Train? It is adjusted and tightened correctly and it still vibrates terrible.

Well I know this is Ghetto but it worked for my FXSTC. I took the front cover off where you can get inside to change the bulb and threaded a Zip-tie through the lower slots and tightened the crap out of it. I have no more bouncing headlight and you cant even see the zip tie. Cheapest way I could find!

Thanks Helix, not ghetto at all if it works! Maybe you can submit your idea to HD for the 2009 model as an option ().

I havge seen that thread Geek- I did a site search for the problem when i bought my FXSTC. I thought they left the light loose during the set-up.I was going to replace therubber mounts w/solid nylon spacers
like the thread saidbut once I got in there My Redneck engineering mode engaged and Like Electricity.......I took the least path of resistance, hence the Zip-tie. [:-]

I don't know if they use the same headlights as the Street Bob's, but my buddy has one, and his is riveted in. He just drilled them out, and used a hand powered rivet puller (CherryMax Puller) and redid the rivets. To easy! No more shake. His was bad... it was like he had the High/Low flashing modulator installed. Like I said, I don't know if you all have the same one's, but just thought I would drop this in the pot.
