I have a 98 Fatboy nothing wrong with it. Yeah I live in northern Wisconsin so snow is a few weeks away.
My thought is having a full LED conversion done. The Harley Dealer that would do it is DOC's along with a complete fluid change and the breaks flushed and pads and rotors replace.
Should I do the LED Conversion or shouldn't I is the question.

YES YES YES You will likely need load resistors for the directionals front and rear. Best to contact the vendor about the LED's ,such as custom dynamics, and ask them what you need for your year bike. There are tons of choices out there. I can recommend Hogworkz headlight and custom dynamics directionals. I have a 1983 FXR that I went with all LED's, man it lights up the road, go for it. Mine was easy as the is no BCM to deal with, just had to change the blinker module to an electronic one. Any thing you can do so the cages can see you is worth every motorcycle buck spent!
After doing a lot of research I found a Hogworkz LED conversion. Headlight, passing lights, tail light and turn signals.
Good move, you won't regret it! Hogworkz has the Halo headlight, the Halo around the head light is DRL, also get the white front directionals that turn amber when activated and you will be noticed.
What's the difference between the ones I listed and what you suggested? Do you have a link to the part?????
Cost for 1, BAL's are pricey but Bright *** Lights are the go to for tail lights here.
Also you get the safety benefit of the selectable flash patters when you hit the brakes. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=Bright+***...romentp&ia=web
