Need to get noticed, last week a cage didn't see me and almost pulled out in front of me.. Is there room in the 5 3/4 bucket for a load resistor, prob not a good place to install it with a LED bulb. What works?

No load resistor needed for LED headlight, only needed for LED directionals?
Most headlights have the proper electronics in their circuitry.... Pretty sure the Custom Dynamics headlights do. They will usually mention if you need to buy a load equalizer (they call it a "stabilizer") for installation, in the item description... You could call them to make sure ...
On pre-CanBus bikes, if just swapping out an incandescent bulb with an LED bulb in the turn signals, you WILL need the load equalizer..... otherwise, the bike senses the lower draw of the LED bulb, and will put the turn signals in hyper-flash (rapid cycling). The bike will think you have a bulb out, and that's the way it's designed to alert you to that condition... With a CanBus bike, there is a simple learn procedure to use in place of a load equalizer...

Thanks for your help, I just ordered Eagle lights halo Gen III headlight after reading a bunch of reviews, plug and play. I also ordered the halo DLR front turn and the Gen II rear in amber, smoked lenses all around, the eagle equalizer is plug and play, locates under the seat, it generates no heat, only need one for all turn signals. BF discount was a bonus.
I had the Halo set up on my Streetglide and the front of the bike was hard to not notice, I don't know why I waited so long to add LED's, heck even my 83 shovel is lit up with LED's.
