Softail deluxe engine conversion
Just out of curious, im aware that a 2012 softail deluxe can be converted from a 103 to a 110 engine. But can you tak it from a 103 to a 114 or higher?

You can go 117" ( H-D 117 Hauler kit ) if you remove the engine . split the cases , bore the spigot holes .
And of course you`ll be advised to up grade the crank at the same time
Lot of time and / or money .

Have a 2010 fatboy and getting ready to install a S&S 110 kit. The full kit they offer requires no modification to the cases. Plan on replacing the crank with a S&S along with proper bearings. Throttle body and injectors are going to be replaced. Transmission needs some upgrades along with the primary. Thought about the 124 kit but believe the 110 will be better choice due to reliability. Cost of project along with upgrades to the bike itself is over the top. Hoping to end up with a solid good looking Fatboy.
