I'm piecing together a tin set for my Night Train and noticed that the tank I'm looking at has a different shape at the rear, almost like an extended or wrap around tank. Seller says it's for a 07-10 Softail and it's a genuine HD tank so I'm just trying to make sure it's not for a Deuce or something.
I'll take it that nobody knows but I bought it anyway, sitting at a bar and browsing ebay is dangerous. I was willing to take a gamble since I love this NOS tank and I'm so glad I did, just arrived today. I bought it knowing there was a little surface rust on the inside from storage so hopefully a little vinegar will help clean it up. Didn't get it in the photo but it's got the bar and shield logo on the right side but no # out of # for the set, seller said it was from the "Radical" paint set.
