Usually I just twist the throttle and get my baby up to about 100-110 MPH and those bumps go away.

Concur.

See if there's any spot on your wheels where a balance weight came off.

Might have been balanced wrong and if a weight did come off, that could be why things are better now.

Just a thought.

I had a wobble at 83+. Had five 1/4 oz balance weights on front wheel. Took the weights off and took wheel in for balancing.Told them about the wobble.Service gave back the wheel and said it was balanced perfectly without any weights..(and suggested other possibilities, not knowing that I had removed the weights previously) took bike up to 85 and no more wobble....check your wheel balance....

did you put air in the tire?
if you have ran the tire with low pressure the tread will cup and give you a bounce feeling. putting air and balancing it will help after cupping but only fix is a new tire.
