It's possible the additive dissolved some crud if you ran it enough to get it through the jets. it's kind of a big "maybe" thing with additives and letting them soak.
Try it and see is about all you can do. If it did not clean the pilot jet then you are back to square one - It certainly didn't hurt anything given the situation and time to let it soak.

 

Thanks for the advice, the Sea Foam went in the tank last week and I just cranked to get it into the CV.
Dropped the fuel bowl and cleaned it as good as I could. Put it all back together.......no start first try but screamed to life on the second crank. Rode her for as much time I had (1.5 hours) with out a belch.
