the pricing i have settled on is 15,360 for teh jake/elwood custom or 14,100 for the pacific blue NT. both of those prices are without TTL, but I dont know what that is. Tax is about $850, so I am guessing title and license won't be much more than an aditional hundo.

TTL is tax, title and licensing. I'd say $15,360 is a pretty good deal then. Also be sure to try to get them to throw in the extended warranty, or a service plan, or maybe some credit ($1000 or so?) for accessories if you can... you should be dealing from a position of strength (somewhat) since the '08's are out and available. Whatever you decide - DO IT!!! You won't regret it, and there's still plenty of time left for good riding weather regardless of where you live.

the dealer is locating one, and as long as everything goes straight I should have it in my possession by next week tuesday. Pictures will soon follow. Photobucket works well on here right?
