If you are talking about parts to get it running again, the only differences between a '90 Fat Boy and '90 FX Springer will be the rear fender and the front end...
So as far as mechanical stuff, engine/ trans/ primary should be the same... any front brake parts, obviously wouldn't be from a Springer, and the lights (headlight/ tail light/ turn signals) look to have been changed....
Hopefully, the prior owner who changed the bike over, focused on appearance mods... Once you get a bike with that much customization, you never really know what you could be dealing with....
From the picture of it, at least he didn't decide to throw a shovel head in that frame...

If you are interested in keeping it. A search for a Springer front end would make it a real prize.
It would almost for sure not make sense money wise but most of what we do with bike does not.
A flipper passing the bike off would hope that anyone interested in it would not know it had a springer .
