Default biggest difference?

The SE Heavy Breather Kit is $300 in the parts catalog. The Forcewinder kit is $209 online. What is the difference? Are you pyaing more because it is made by SE or do you need to buy more parts witht he forcewinder to complete the install? Are they similar or do you prefer one over the other?

Anything HD is going to cost more becuase of name. They pretty much are about same performance wise. Take a look at www.wimmermachine.com , they have top of the line breather systems.

I had a Wimmer on my Deuce and loved it. You can see it in my signature and my gallery has closer pictures. I just traded in my Deuce on a Softail Custom and I'm having them take the air cleaner of the Deuce and put it on the Custom. I just have to wait until the SERTs come out for the '08 models. Just make sure you get a rain sock to cover any of the open element air cleaners. If you get stuck in a storm, you're bike will run like $#!+ if you don't have a cover on it. I know from experience unfortunately. I have the cover, I just didn't have it on when I got caught in a storm, but it does work when it's on and it doesn't hinder the performance at all if you decided to leave it on all the time (At least the Wimmer doesn't. I don't know about other companies.).
