Toe shifter extension recommendations

Default Toe shifter extension recommendations
Hey guys,
I took my '07 Softail on a 200 mile ride yesterday (a first for me). I recently installed highway pegs on it, which I love, but now I'm wrestling my size 12 boots between the toe and heel shifter. Is there an extended toe shifter you guys would recommend? Before the pegs, I would just rest my feet on the side of the floorboards.

Bought an extension from JP Cycles years ago and love it.

Not a recommendation, but it's from HD so it's probably good (and expensive)...
