2009 FXSTC no start
Hi all...been having an issue with not starting after sitting and even right after a short ride. Installed a fully charged (12.75 volts) battery and did a draw test by disconnecting negative terminal and checking amp draw with multimeter connected (red on neg cable black on neg bat term). Ignition off, I got .01 in the 20 amp range. Reconnected battery tried to start...cranked slowly no start. Checked battery voltage again and it was down to 10.75. Connected booster pack and started right up. Checked voltage and it was at 14.75 so voltage reg seems fine. Let idle for a bit and took a short ride around the neighborhood. Got back home, shut it down and again slow crank no start. I was thinking initially that maybe I had some parasite draw down but now maybe battery. Any thoughts? Thanks for any feed back. BTW, I did recently install new led lights.

If it starts on boost back , I lean to battery.
Disconnect,charge. Does it start fine? Leave of charger,come back in couple days, does it start? If not probably battery.
Check connections booster might be raising voltage high enough to over come bad connection or relay
