Default 5/8 bore vs 3/4 ?

I'm changing my rear master cylinder to chrome on my 2008 fxstci and was wondering if it would be ok to use a 3/4 bore mc instead of a 5/8. Would it stop better with less peddle pressure?

Going to a larger bore will move more fluid faster and since your pushing with your foot, lock the rear tire much easier. The smaller bore gives you more control. A quick lockup will lead to nothing good….

You would actually loose some stopping power, 3/4" is going to mean more pressure and less stroke on the pedal.
