Fuel pump issues
I have been having a problem with 12 fatboy stalling at all riding conditions, stores code B2119, installed new pump and regulator. Conditions still present, removed fuel filter today, looks very bad. Could this cause the fuel pump overload code?
How many miles on the bike?
When was the last time the fuel filter was changed?
Bike is 11 years old, maybe time for some maintenance.
$20 and some change will get you a new filter.

Put in a new fuel filter and see if it corrects the problem.

@stevec1966 does your bike when stalling appear to not have gas, i.e. "stutter" before the engine turns off? Or does it just go our without a warning?
I used to have an issue on a 2012 FXS, where the engine would (what seemed to me) randomly just shut off, without any warning whatsoever. Sometimes this did not appear for hundreds of miles, then it happened five times a day. Don't remember the exact error codes (maybe to be found in another post of mine), but I ended up changing fuel pump and regulator as you seemed to have done. For me that solved the problem, but I had also read back then that a faulty regulator could damage the stator, and then in turn the stator back the regulator... (you can tell the non-electrician talking here, hahaha)
There is a nice howto on the forum for checking the charging system, I suggest you do that and see from there.
Best, niv

Check the in-tank fuel hose for pin holes. A well known issue.
Always replace the top plate gasket and screws once you open the tank. They're both supposedly single use.

Fuel filter was completely clogged, went ahead and changed everything to quantum Fuel system and billet regulator housing. Bike runs like a beast. Was lean popping when it shut off. Will need to re-tune after this.
