the new tssm did not fix the issue. still dies out.

 

Not being there in person to see all the steps you've taken and the condition of the bike first hand...

It would seem to me it's got to be a wire issue... you found one bad wire connection... there must be another one somewhere along the line...

Without re-reading the entire thread..

You have checked all the grounds, correct...? Especially the main ground from the battery to the frame, under the nose of the seat.

Have you tested the coil...? When they fail they will sometimes intermittently fail when hot, before going into total fail mode.

That's all I can think of without hands & eyes on your bike....

Electrical problems are a pain in the butt.... be systematic, be thorough, and be persistent.... you'll find it...
