Turn signals on a 99 FXST
Guys I am looking to change my turn signals to LED units. I found what I think is the fuse panel under the seat behind the battery but it has fuses like I've never seen. Large metal box heads with two blades on the bottom. Where would I find replacement fuses is my first question and my second question is, has anyone updated on of these fuse boxes to a newer style system? Third question is, where is the flasher? I saw a relay but I think it's the starter relay.

They are circuit breakers which are better than fuses and there is no individual relay for the turn signals, it's built in to the turn signal module (TSM) that should be mounted between the tanks under the dash panel.. Of you do go to LED's you will need to install a load equalizer so they work..
