My bad if this is posted in the wrong place, this is my first post. Im in my early 20s and recently got my first motorcycle, I chose the heritage because I like the classic look, but I also like the softail slim or fatboy look as well so I decided to get a shorter front fender I can interchange from time to time, however once I did that I found that it didnt really look as good as I thought, and I wasnt sure if there were people who have done this who used a specific front fender that looked better, or if there was another part of the bike that was throwing the look off that I may not be aware of.
I replaced the stock front fender on my Heritage with a Fatboy front fender several years ago. There are also many aftermarket fenders that will also fit.
Don't take this the wrong way, but I believe that you would've been better off with a Fatboy and just bought all black bags. The studs are the classic look for the most part. Good luck.
You need to sit back an really think about the look you're going for, take it from me, I threw thousands of dollars at mine, then realized, it wasn't the bike I fell in love with the first
time I saw her.

Maybe so, but I still like the fender of the heritage, I just also like having options I can interchange. I was looking into fatboys but Im a fan of spoked wheels, and I just like the default classic look of the heritage.
I guess what I mean is, to my knowledge, you cant make a fat boy look like a heritage, but you can make a heritage look more like a fat boy so I figured it made more sense to buy a bike I like by default that I dan also customize back and forth between different looks, rather than buy a fatboy and really only have the choice of wheels to change. I see what youre saying though, Im only 24 so I for sure wont be investing thousands of $ into this or any bike any time soon, and I also could be completely wrong about everything I said because this is my first bike entirely lol
