Tank plate torx screws - alternative?

Default Tank plate torx screws - alternative?
Hi all,
I'm looking to replace the fuel filter on my 09 Night Train. The Harley manual says to replace the torx screws that hold the plate to the tank since they have a crush sleeve that can only be torqued once. The problem is I can't find these screws in stock anywhere! Is it possible to reuse these with a coat of permatex around the screws?

Any info or ideas would be appreciated, thanks!

I've reused them without a problem.

They have a replacement part # 10200374. It replaces 1311D. Harley site says they are available online or in store.

Replace them, don't reuse them. I have seen a few paint job ruined by fuel seeping through onto the paint.

I reused mine with a touch of Hylomar on them. Zero issues.
