Dude you should order from Chicago HD like I do... or Lewis Custom Cycles in Kentucky for anything other than genuine HD parts. I just ordered the auxiliary lighting kit. 20% off US price, which is less than HALF Australian price in $AUS and then was only like $20 US to ship it here via DHL. Any order under $1000 is subject to customs and will come straight through in about a week which is LESS time than it takes a dealer here to get most stuff in!!

Sunny Queensland here DeanO. If only we had as many dealers to choose from as our US friends have. Hard to haggle here. One dealer in Brisbane, then it is Gold or Sunshine
coast.
Ordered my scoot from Sy's Liverpool. Was going to go with Frasers at Homebush but I bought my Ducati from them and wasn't particularly happy with their post sales antics.
I'd been keen to see pics of your beast with all the bits on it.
I've ordered a few bits also, including V&H BSS pipes, SERT & SE A/C, Brawler soloseat, LED tailightand street slammer bars (plus some chrome bling). Can't wait to see it in the flesh.
To be honest... I would do it something like this if I had to consider a GROUP...
"Australia, Canada, US, Europe, NZ, (formerly South Africa),Russia" and then EVERYWHERE ELSE!... may as well while we still can distinguish the difference....

Leave it to an Aussie to lump USA in one category, lump the rest of the world in 'other', but break their little island down at the Regional level... hehehehe! [sm=chairshot.gif][sm=funnypostabove.gif]

I originally went down to Frasers with $15k cash for deposit on a bike in October 06. I went down in shorts, t-shirt and thongs because we were going to go down to la perouse to do some fishing afterwards and the sales guys just ignored me while the three of them chatted amongt themselves. I gave them another 5 minutes and said to my mate that if they didn't approach me by then that he would really enjoy what I did next. They continued to ignore me at which point I approached them with 3 x $5k bundles of $50 notes and said "do you ignore everybody who comes down to put a deposit on a new fatboy or am I special?". They look traumatised and ofcourse one immediately launched into his sales rant... I then said "Mate, you had you chance, I'm off to Trivett now on my way to the beach"... and haven't been back since.
Went straight to Trivett (which is in much posher area of Sydney also) and was immediately greated by a great salesman who answered all my questions at which point I pulled out the money again and asked for a receipt Best thing was that trivett actually had a fire red pearl IN STOCK so Frasers did me a massive favour and saved me a 3 month wait !

Do you wanna set of immaculate street slammers real cheap? About to take mine off... I would seriously consider some Burleigh western bars or Carlini freeway bars as I reckon they look HEAPS better now that I know a bit about HD's thanks for this web site. I will attach a pic of two of the members bikes from this forum below (skullsnflames and TM's bikes) which have a set of each of the above bars... they look heaps better than street slammers as can be seem in my gallery on my bike... but ofcourse some may disagree and it is a matter of personal choice... but I think these pics might sell ya!
TM has the Carlini's which I just bought and SkullsnFlames has the Burleigh western bars which are made in QLD.

Not that Jorge can relate but my favourite scene is Linda Koslowski crouched down in the bikini She ain't no Erika Eleniak or Jennifer Connelly... but she'll do
