Good afternoon every one! Was hoping for a little help. I have an 06 Heritage FLSTI That I just ordered a 23x3.5 wheel for the front and 18x3.5 for the rear. My question is, do they make fender risers for my stock front fender or will I have to replace the fender? And is raking the front a must or can I get by with just lowering the front 2 inches or so?
any advise or info is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
Yes, you can buy riser kits for the front fender.
IMO the stock front fender doesn't look right on a 23" front wheel (even with riser spacers)....they're totally different radii. I'd buy a fender specifically made for a 23"wheel.
