I really liked the LCD one. But, never go more than 18 months life from them. $10 per month is too much to pay for the convenience. But…I kept paying it…
I have had the oil level and temperature dipstick with lighted LCD readout for years. So many years I can't remember. I'm probably the only person that would give it a good review. It has worked well for me. I have checked the temperature function several times by immersing it in boiling water and it is always within 2° F. of 212°. Even the oil level function has worked well but I will usually pull the dipstick out and check it with my own eyes. The only thing I have had to do is replace the battery a couple of times.

I will join you on a good review. I have one on my street glide on its fourth year and one on my Softail for about 9 years and they both still work perfectly.... they do have a battery in them. I did replace the battery in the Softail a couple of years ago. Easy peasy....and the 4 year old one on my SG was purchased used from the forum.
